THE LOAN PROCESS
You will be walked through the entire process from interview to settlement, keeping you informed of the progress of your application. Once you have provided the necessary documentation, the loan proposal will be packaged and presented to the lender of your choice. You will then be immediately notified of the indicative approval and provided with a written copy. At this point you will be informed of when the valuation was ordered, and once it has returned to the lender, provided with your copy of the written unconditional approval. This will be followed up by informing you of the lenders legal representative and when they were instructed to draft the loan contract. Then contact with your legal representative will continue through to settlement and informing you once it has taken place.
